When I ordered online, your site indicated that the shipping would be free for regular (a week or so) delivery. For an additional shipping charge of about $7.99, it promised two day arrival. To my knowledge I didn't ask for that additional amount, but was charged for that two-day delivery. I did not, in fact get that service. It was almost a week before it arrived. Otherwise, the product was good, packing was good, and ease of ordering was good.
