Found all I needed, quick and easy.
I had to put in a lot of work for that order. Repackaging, labeling and setting up an account with FEDEX to ship it back. Being disabled it was very trying.
I am disappointed and feel misled that when I placed my order, the checkout process stated explicitly that it would be 3-day shipping. This would have shipped on Friday 13, and arrived to me Tuesday the 17th. Instead, I am advised that it won't be arriving until 5/20. If I had known that upfront, I would have ordered both parts I needed from PartSimple.com, and only paid $5 shipping for both parts, instead of ordering from Dappz. It held up my repairs waiting for your part to arrive, and cost me more in shipping to use your company. Lesson learned for me.
