I needed the part in a day or two at the most. I miss read your shipping on the web site to say I would get my part in two days, when in fact it said it would be shipped out within two days. I wouldn't get my part for 8 days. I would've paid extra to get my part sooner but did not see that option! My fault, just letting you know if I would have known your only option was 8 day shipping I would have purchased elsewhere.

My ice maker quit working,and with summer around the corner I needed to get it going again soon.I found the complete unit made by the original manufacture. The price was right and it was working by the end of the week.

I made a mistake and order wrong item. I tried to cancel order within TWO hours. Customer service would not cancel the order. They shipped the item any way. I am looking at hefty return shipping and 25% restocking fee. It will cost me more than $160 to return. The customer support department does not care about the customers. It is a very sad/bad experience for me. I do lot of shopping on internet. This is my WORST experience.

Replacement parts were easy to find for my grill. I just typed the model number of the grill and all of the replacement parts for that model appeared. I then selected the grill grates and heat shields, proceeded to checkout and completed the transaction. It was that simple.

Ordered a dryer repair kit for wice the price of Amazon. Half of the parts do not fit despite the model # of my dryer listed on their site. Horrible customer service. Not recommended
