I ordered a lower dishwasher rack--the order did NOT include instructions and the parts were un-identifiable as to where/how they fit together. I wound up returning the parts and suffered the 25% restocking fee (even though the reason for the return was due to incomplete parts and insufficient support). Wish I had read the negative reviews before I even placed the order. $36 spent for aggravation + return shipping costs.
Best price and easy to use site. I received the new parts and installed them as directed. Unfortunately, the wine cooler continues to run and will not turn off. I am sure the thermostat assembly I purchased from you is fine. It appears that the thermostat is not the problem? Any thought on what wlse it may be?

I entered my washer model # and your website gave me only one option for the part I needed. When the part came in I was swamped at work and finally opened the box Friday afternoon. I took the washer apart and removed the sensor that was bad and compared it to the part I received from your company, I was not the correct part. I opened a chat with customer service and was immediately met with sarcasm and unprofessional behavior. I am not pleased that the CSR advised me that there would be a 25% restocking fee PLUS I have to pay return shipping for an error that was not my fault. Additionally the CSR informed me that returns would contact me via email with return instructions... nothing as of now:(order # *******..
