I had a big problem with the delivery time of the order. Besides price, the reason I chose your company is because you said the delivery would occur last Friday. When I received your shipping confirmation email, it said the delivery would be this Monday. Normally, this would not be a problem, however, in this case I made the purchase for a rental unit. Because the item was not delivered on the original date, I had to have my rental agent accept and install the ice maker. That cost me an additional $45.00.
So, in the end, I paid more than I would have had I chosen another merchant with guaranteed delivery.
