I had problems with Dappz. Their communication was slow and there were some problems with the wrong order, They said it was my problem and it may have been, but everything was very mixed up. The packing sheet was in someone else name and things were just not right. They took it back and said they would waive the restock fee. It still cost me 29 dollars to send it back. Expensive mistake. I took the google trusted protection and they helped me, but it still was an expensive mistake.

Having to retype information multiple times and then re-search my product once my account was created. I hope the product is quality then it will be worth it.also the extra shipping costs for 2 day shipping was a waste because it came in 4 days. Washer is working great now that all is said and done and very pleased with that.
I order the part and then they come back a couple of days later saying my order was cancelled due to a pricing issue on their end.

Shipping seems a little high for such a small item.
I ordered a fridge ice maker replacement part on Saturday 1/7/17. On 1/9/17 they canceled my order and told me that it was out of stock but they "got more in today". Annoyed, I went to re-place my order and noticed that the price had doubled.
I feel like they are price gouging customers and by all means stay away from this company if you can.
