We contacted cs within 12 hrs of product orderd(which was after hrs) to cancel but the order was still shipped.cancellation was done within return policy parameters.we were then forced to return item through ups ground with insurance fee and restocking fee which we felt was unfair business practice. We have contacted cs with the tracking #**************391.The orig.order#is *******.we expect reimbursement to our cc asap! Otherwise we will contact bank to dispute payment. We are disappointed in the way this whole transaction took place and will not be recommending this company due to the unfair practice in which this matter was handled

The only negative feedback I can give is I had to start a chat to find out if the item was new. Maybe it should be made clear in the item description. With online sites today you cant assume items are new just because it is described as OEM. OEM does not mean mean new. It just means original to the product. Many people have learned that the hard way. Other than that I am pleased with the purchase.

Next thing I know my ordered was canceled, and i was told to re-order with a huge price increase. Can you say false advertising?
