Very user friendly site especially for someone who is a homeowner novice. Your site has encouraged me to take on a challenging repair step. To be specific, I was faced with a stainless steel dishwasher that my research indicated needed a new control panel. With the online assistance provided by Dappz (and additional online resource work), I was able to successfully change out the control panel and re-claim an $800.00 Kenmore Elite dishwasher. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Like others, I got the wrong part. Return policy was very antagonistic (25% restocking fee, I had to pay for the shipping). They got the part, then told me it has been used: I only opened the plastic wrapper. They said they could not resell it, then said they may be able to resell it as a "used" part. I paid for them to ship it back to me. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Just do yourself a favor and don't shop with those bandits. Go elsewhere, even if it costs few more dollars.
