I purchased a part for my dishwasher and finds out that I purchased the incorrect part. I contact Dappz inquiring what the procedures were to return an item 3 times. All I received was an automatic no reply email. I finally sent in the comments section of the transaction section twice. The second time I received this response "please note that for all non defective returns, there is a 25% restock fee and shipping costs are not refundable. All items must be in new and unused condition." What a RIP OFF! This company is horrible. I will NEVER order from Dappz again!
Weren't the cheapest but communicated very well and they got me my part pretty quickly for ground shipping.
Easy to find things on the site. Excellent prices. Shipping says it will be here tomorrow I sure hope it is that would be awesome!... It did show up the next day! And I popped it right in it worked beautifully! Overall awesome experience thanks

GREAT PRICE, shipping could have been faster. If Amazon could ship in 2 to 3 days you should be able to also,without a higher shipping fee. Overall it wasn't bad.
