Everything was great. The product was damaged when I received it. The box looked as though it was opened and resealed. It took several tries for me to get a hold of customer service.

I thought I was ordering a complete cooktop instead I got just the glass cover. I am in the process of returning it awn I have received an RMA number. Would itbee possible for me to return my order to your facility in west Sacramento? Let me know please.
