Product was as ordered and was delivered in less than a week.

I received the ordered Item on time. Between the very sad packing of one little piece of bubble wrap on the Item and the way Fedex handled the item. I got a round smashed box and a broken part.
The part only had a tab broken. Had it had more plastc wrap on it. It may have made it without issues.
Because it was just the tab i installed the part and it works.

I received my order as advertised. The part I received, however, was not suitable for repair of my washer. The part number was identical to that specified by the manufacturer but the part was not. I submitted a request for return instructions to dappz per their website but have not received any correspondence from them. Specific return instructions on their website would be very good customer service.

I tried to order from Sears Parts, but the site stopped processing my input and insisted on my using a chat helper. Just let me order what I want without all the back and forth.
