I ordered a door bin for my refidgerator and it was an upper bin when I meant to order a lower bin. They are different sizes and the upper would not fit in the lower slot. When I contacted the service site for information on how to return my part and get the correct part, I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping and an additional twenty five percent restocking fee. Then I would have to place a separate order to purchase the correct part. It seems to me that an easier, more consumer friendly way to handle returns should be explored by the company. My package was damaged during the shipping process and I was informed that I need to send back the original box and that if the box was damaged, I could be charged and not recieve the correct refund. I am also very disappointed that there is no other way to contact a representative other than via email. A service number to speak directly with a representative would be a valuable asset to the company. Trying to get the details of sending it back is quite the hassle. Some way to speak to a representative would be very helpful. If I could be contacted at *******602 I would appreciate it.

This purchase was my first time using epartsasap.com. I'll check with them first next time I need something.
I need to return the item, I have submitted request to do so. I did get a reply but no follow up or information on how to send back. Was told 25% restocking fee, kinda sad. And I expected the shipping to be non-refundable.
Wife broke oven on Saturday order part on monday fixed by Thursday
If she breaks something again I know where to get the parts fast
