Quick, Accurate, no issues at all.

The replacement item included two (2) loose sets of stacking tines. Not mentioned was the need for additional sets of clips to be attached nor how to install the clips. The cost is additional for the clips. Quite disturbing! Especially so, as the replacement lower dishrack came at a cost of $173.00. Customer service is somewhat removed--one may communicate in written form only. May this be resolved?
