The two metal pieces that hold baking elements up were bent. Baking element gets too hot for the different temperatures. Things burn on the bottom for all temperatures.

Just happy motor is still available! Actually I'm not sure my motor is still available. I gave them the model # and it appeared that they still had my motor, but alas, it was the wrong motor. I'm not sure they have the right motor at all. Now I have to send the wrong motor back, and maybe try again?

The parts were delivered in a timely fashion at fit my fridge as expected.

I received the product replacement part the problem is the part was broken. It did not get broken in the mail as the broken parts that were missing were not in the box as you would expect if broken in shipping.
Someone did not inspect the part berfore shipping or before putting it into your inventory.
