Replaced the icemaker control board on my Samsung side-by-side. Received the part quickly and it was very well packed.
Removal and installation was fairly easy, even without any directions- received a new board and some bubble wrap, and that was it. Unplugged the fridge, connected the board and snapped it into place. Plugged in the fridge... 88 88 -That's all I see on the control panel. Oh ****!
Maybe there's a reboot button? When I couldn't find one on the fridge or freezer, I started pushing buttons on the icemaker panel. Voila! Simultaneously holding down the Power Freeze and Lighting buttons for about 6-7 secs did the trick. First time we've had whole ice cubes in several months- it's the little things that count!
Guessing I saved myself a couple hundred bucks for about an hours work. Happy customer!
Abl to find part easily with use of model number

I did a Google search for my dryer model and replacement part and this site came up, as well as others. This site was straight-forward--took me to the part, made sure I had the right model, etc. Pricing and shipping pricing were clear and upfront so I knew what I'd be paying for comparision purposes of other sites. Happy with the process.

I tried to reach out to GRP via email and then through live chat to get instructions on how to replace what I believed to be a defective part. In both cases, the correspondence as ignored. The impression from my point is once the part is delivered they wanted not part of any possible problems with the product sold.

Later found the same part much cheaper on amazon prime, but it was a very quick response and the part performed perfectly
