Found the part I needed - ordered it - and it came quickly! Can't complain!
Finally I found the part I was looking for at a better price than others.
I never received an email confirmation and the credit card is still showing as pending. There was supposed to be 3 day shipping which turned into over a week. When the part was received, it was not the part that I needed. I was unable to contact the company due to the hurricane. When I finally received an email response, I wrote back again and still have no instructions on submitting the return or shipping it.

I purchased a pair of drawer rails to repair my broken ones for my refrigerator two weeks ago. The item description on their website says," both rails (left and right)...", when I got the package, I was happily cleaning out my stuff on those two shelves so that I can put the rails in. When I opened the package, I only got the right rail, no left rail. So I emailed them. They told me the description on their website is wrong (like it is my fault, not theirs), so I can either buy the left rail from them or return the whole thing to them. Unbelievable.
The price was good after ordering a second part the shipping price was reduced and it arrived the time they said it would, I'm a serviceman and will be ordering my parts from here from not on.

You did not answer my questions about how the bak element is protected during shipping. It is a very delicate part. If the manufacturer puts it loosely in a large box it will come to me damaged. I am taking a chance. I am assuming the manufacturer packs the baking element properly to protect it from damage during shipping. I am also assuming the parts are tested for restive continuity before shipping.
I was very happy to see the package arrive the next day. The baking element was packed with protective material to protect the support legs. Both legs arrived in tact. The resistance of the baking element measured 23.4 ohms. I installed the baking element into my oven. I set the oven for 400 degrees. I let it run for about 20 minutes to burn off the protective oil on the baking element. I then made a batch of oatmeal raisin cookies. I am very happy I ordered from Genuine Replacement Parts! The part arrived on time and without any damage.
The double-check on model number was a helpful touch.
