I had problems with trying to contact company regarding shipping, I tried phone and email, but got no responses. The product was suppose to be a stainless steel trim kit for my new stove, it does not match the stove and appears to be aluminum.
The basket fits, the plastic is all gray (light and dark), but is still nice looking (no blue)
Ordering the part was very easy. I liked that I was required to double check my appliance model number. It makes me feel sure that I have the right part.
I received the right part - an oven element - but it was bent pretty badly. There was nothing at all in the package to protect it during shipping. I straightened it out as best I could and there's no short currently but something like that is pretty likely to shorten the life of the element.
Washer was Brand new 2 1/2 years ago, the door lock mechanism was giving me trouble for a few months now and finally stopped working, I'm a handyman, watched a few YouTube videos, you had the best price! Delivery was quick, and my washer is working again

Ordering was quick and easy. Arrived on the day it was scheduled. I also enjoyed/used/needed the corresponding You Tube video that guided me thought the repair. I saved hundreds of dollars by not replacing my dishwasher.
Shipment arrived within 2 days. The only problem I had and the reason I only gave 4-stars was, it did not come with any instructions, but I am pretty mechanical inclined so I used the internet to figure the change over from the old icemaker to the new. The old icemaker must be discontinued so changing to the new one is a little challenging.
