Very efficient transaction with the person on the "chat" line. She quickly took my order and double checked that I was ordering the correct parts. Unfortunately, FedEx is not the most efficient carrier. I live about 150 miles from where the parts originated and it took 5 days to receive them. Tracking them was entertaining, to say the least To see the packages moving by truck through two other states, only to end up at my local post office in the state of origin made me wonder why the order wasn't sent by USPS to begin with. I suppose this is a delivery contract/cost issue for genuinereplacementparts.com. Anyhow, parts received and installed but FedEx is anything but "express".
You had the part I needed while others were backordered
Trash bags for compacter and they fit fine.
I liked the immediate availability of this part. Sears had theirs on order and you were a little bit cheaper in price. However, if you need the part immediately, you need to FedEx it instead of USPS, as it took eight days to get my oven bake element.

The part I bought was a perfect fit. I am glad I was able to find a genuine GE part.
I have received the product but won't be installing it for at least another week. It is for my daughter's washer I won't see her until then.
OK, Got the shipment of the microwave vent replacement panel and it fits perfectly. Not bent or scratched in any way during the shipping process, and luckily for me, easy to install. It was priced lower than other sites, but still around $100, so I was unhappy that it broke in the first place. The entire microwave was about $600, so it was worth the cost of replacement to fix it and hopefully get another 10 years of use out of this microwave.

Delivery was delayed
Overall, part and price were great. Shipping was very slow, almost 10 days. A family of 4 with no oven is not a happy family. But in the end, it all worked out.
The box was not in good condition when it arrived and we are a service company and paid retail on the part.

Product was perfect, installation of the new microwave handle was a little difficult but not the fault of the seller
