So far, so good! I had a guy come to replace this part in my oven, and it was the wrong part.the part I got was for the broiler, not the oven...my fault, I just ordered the wrong part
Lowest price on the net; that is why I ordered from GRP. My only disappointment was that the web site indicated next day delivery and that there were 25 parts in stock, whereas in actuality the part was backordered and it took 4 days for the delivery to occur. The good news is that when it arrived, it was exactly the part that I expected and it solved my appliance problem. The on-line chat with Garrett was helpful is settling down my anxieties...patience is the key word here. Now after a week who remembers the initially delay?
It was simple quick and user friendly. Even though the shipping time to me had to increase due to the increase Christmas packaging shipments through UPS, genuinereplacementparts keep me inform of it's arrival date as the arrival time decrease from the original time stated. Service is poor, that is, when I reached out to ask you a question I was directed to your website, with no idea when I would hear back on my simple question. You have to understand that poor customer service is enough for me to go somewhere else for part.

The original invoice was in the box from when ginuine replacement part purchased the part from their supplier. They bought it for 171...out a new packaging label and charges me 250. Other than that, everything was great
Good service. Part arrived one day later than originally stated; that really wasn't a problem for us. Has to do more with the area of the state we live in.
