I haven't received the item as of yet. The refrigerator model number is the same, so I am confident it is the right door tray.

1-10-19 The tray fits fine. Appears to be OEM. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last two I have replaced!

Well, since I haven't received the part yet and installed it, I really can give you a better review. I think the shipping charge in a bit high.

For some reason my street address wasn't written on the package so it was almost sent back. If I hadn't called in time to UPS and then went there on my own and picked it up, It would have been sent back to you.

The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that I never got an email telling me the tracking info. Basically all Web vendors send out such an email, and I was starting to worry because I never a "your order has shipped" email. I planned to call but then the items arrived on that day, so there was no need.

The price was outrageous for a fridge glass shelf and plastic door bin ($148), but it was the best price on the Web.

The part was perfect and fit exactly how i needed it to in my Civic. The part came a little later then expected but the customer service to fix the issue was spot on and truly appreciated it.

I have not opened the package as I discovered after ordering what the actual problem is. I am currently working to get an RMA requested.
