Everything has been good.
Except parts arrived via UPS instead of FedX

Everything was perfect. Not one step that didn't run smoothly.

I have not had the chance toput the ice maker in yet. I hope this one takes care of my problem. I am satisfied with the service I have recived so far from the company. When I have had to call and talk to someone they have been very polite and helpful.

After I got the item I ordered, I realized I didn't need it. The return process is a little bit cumbersome. I have not received credit for my return yet.
