I sent them the correct model number of my fridge. They sent the wrong part. They will not offer a refund or replacement. They say they won't because I opened the package. How in the world are you supposed to see what they sent you. It was not even packaged, the ends were open. My advise is to never buy anything from these people.

The latch goes out every couple of years. So, $40 every now and then to keep it working is worth it, I guess.
I am always able to find what I need on this site. I will continue to use it.

Your site does not show that my refrigerator has 2 filters. One inside the refrigerator and one one the back. The one I needed was not the one I was looking for so I had to return it. I found the one I need from another site.
Order a part for my stove. Their website stated it would be delivered on a Friday which was quicker then anyone else, and for that reason I purchased their product. The package was not received till the following Monday. To add to that they sent me the wrong part number. I emailed them and started following the process to get correct parts. They have not emailed me or told me what is going on. Do not order from this company. Waste of time and horrible service.
