They sent the wrong part for my Whirlpool washing machine WFW9500TW01, based on the recommendation from their website. The part they sent was wrong and was not compatible with my machine. I sent it back and they refused to refund my money. They were arrogant and blamed me for ordering the wrong part. They scoffed at my responses and do not answer the phones if you call to speak with customer service. They only communicate via email, then tell you they will not communicate with you any more once they did not want to pay.
The mistake was their's and they do not own up to it.
They have the part I sent back and will not refund my money. POOR SERVICE and Highway Robbery.
(Original post) Found the OEM replacement glass tray for our KitchenAid microwave; (11/12/2019) Product shipped was a Whirlpool equivalent, not the KitchenAid replacement part I had ordered.

I purchased a Whirlpool Part# W******* Door Boot Seal/Bellow (OEM) from the GRP on August 2019. It wasn't genuine part as the GRP mentioned, very bad quality rubber, terribly packed. Anyway a technician installed the one. Last week the bellow started to leak. $104.00 for the part plus $100.00 for installation gone for nothing! So it's not "Genuine" part, it's "Fake" part. Never buy from these people, never! I'm very angry!

I ordered the part late on a Friday. The expected receive date was the following Tuesday,I received a notice that the part had shipped on late Monday and didn't receive the part until Thursday. I understand a lot of companies aren't open on weekends but would have liked to received the part a couple of days earlier as the site said it would have been delivered. All in all the part worked and the dryer is working like it should be, so I am happy for that.
