I ordered a seal for my Samsung washing machine on Saturday and received a follow-up email the following Monday morning stating that my order was packaged and shipped and contained a tracking number. I thought that was great service to begin with but it got even better the following day. They took the time to notify me that UPS delivery was delayed by one day and I could expect to receive my order on Thursday instead of Wednesday. I am very appreciative that they took the time to notify me of this change. I have not had any other company do that in the past and they are to be commended for that.

When order was placed it indicated part would arrive next day via FedEx or UPS. After providing payment and confirming order saw it was being shipped via USPS. It arrived in three days. Not a big deal, as I was pleased with the product and price, but the USPS shipping was certainly the less expensive shipping option for you.
