The part I was looking for was easy to find.
Your site has been hacked. About an hour after ordering I received a scareware email demanding a 2000 bitcoin ransom.
The email included a significant amount of the unique password I made up as part of my first order. In abundant caution I changed my password. I must admit it has made me hesitate in making this second order.
Ease of finding parts was great. And the check out process was fine. I will see how fast the part comes and the if I am not charged extra.

Site is very easy to use. Price seems good. Unfortunately, the info on the site I used to select the right part was poorly organized (by Samsung, I think) so I ended up selecting the wrong part. I needed a refrigerator door bin and the parts diagram showed the bins in a vertical array that doesn't correspond to their positions on the door! Then the button for more info for each of the three parts shows the same part, not each of the different parts. Bogus.
I've been authorized to return the wrong part, but now I have to pay for return shipping, so I'm not happy about that. Then, I'll have to pay for shipping again for the right part, so in the end I'll have paid for shipping three times.
Part came in on time and worked well. Happy with the purchase.
Everything is quick and fast. Will wait for product before final appraisal...
