I ordered a door latch for my Kitchen Aid dishwasher and I received one (1) screw for what I do not know? For this I paid $20.00. What a disappointment. Completely disappointed. Let's just call it quits after this fiasco.

I'm glad to know that your business still stocks parts for my 18 year old refrigerator. I've checked local well known parts warehouses and they don't have any. They tell me time to replace the appliance. I will keep GRP in mind if I need additional parts in the future.

I'm hoping this will solve the problem. Happy to find this part! I have a repair man coming next week to install the part and praying that it is not defective in any way. If there is a problem I would need to return it so hope that would not be a problem.
