I had ordered a replacement part for my refrigerator a few weeks ago. I received the part today and realized that I ordered the wrong item. I called customer service and spoke with Kristin. She helped me find the right part... she was amazing... friendly and helpful!

Was told that for some reason the order was not sent to the warehouse, and it would be shipped that day. Called the next day and the order was not sent to the warehouse and did not ship. Finally the next day the order was shipped and we received. Due to their error the shipped arrived 2 days late.

Replacement parts fit - Electric motor and fan for gas dryer. I was not able to reuse the old/existing metal pulley (solid cast metal) verses the combination plastic/metal pulley supplied with the replacement motor.
The threads/diameter of the threaded end of the motor shaft was slightly different. Dryer works well now.

Model number verification ensures that I am ordering the correct part.

I ordered the wrong part, and now I am ordering the correct one. It was an easy find to locate the correct part. -- Update is I put in the correct part, and it is working great! I am now sending the wrong part.

This was a great experience. The customer care kept me informed about my order. When i received the order, the product was original/genuine part and worked right away. No one can match their prices too.they are very reasonable.

Got the correct part not something that will work instead of. I am replacing a new one of those that dumps water into the tray.
