I would like to share my experience with others. I found this website a year ago. Previously I was scared to purchase from GearBest. But then after finding out that greabest has the best prices and great customer service it was no brainer. Best bang for your buck . Slowly I am moving towards shopping only from Gearbest.
They even have Eureopean warehouses!!! Not like other Chinese sites. I bought from CZ warehouse and it was fast like I would buy something from that country.

I am using Gearbest since 2015 (I bought around 70 products from them) and I was always happy with their service.
Delivery to EU (SVK) was always quick even when using FREE SHIPPING (most recently 2-3 weeks), they even started using smaller EU warehouses so delivery time on some items is less than 5 days, which is great.
I bought most of my Xiaomi stuff from them as they usually have very good prices and combined with fast delivery they are, in my opinion, the best choice.
Also Gearbest has reward system - you can receive points for registration, for ordering stuff, for reviews, you can collect points in their app... You can then use these points to partially pay for your order.
Also when you watch for sales prices can get really low - I got few LED lamps for 1/3 of usual price... that always makes me happy:-)
My last order was BT speaker, good quality, delivered in 3 weeks.

From 20 November 2018 I am waiting for a miserable refund of $ 25 for an amazfit peace that no longer works. 90 days and still write that they are processing the refund and have even come to threaten the closure of my account if I had continued to complain (of course with increasing tones on my part since they make fun of) the slowness!

I bought a wireless charger and an adaptater from gearbest and I stayed very happy with the products. First of all they was send in the right time, which is very important for me, and when I saw the products I stayed quite frankly surprised with the quality of the wireless charger. It was just like in the picture, but the material that it is made is much better that i was expecting. I wasn't expecting such quality for that price. Both products works just fine with all phones that I tested. It was my very first experience buying in GearBeast and it was a very good one. For sure that I'm gonna repety it again

I just recently purchased a fitness band from GearBest. It was my first purchase from this particular website, while having purchased several other products from other international delivery website, and did so after being recommended by my peers at work.

It was a pleasant shopping experience. I received my purchase in time, while being able to track the order throughout the whole shipping process. I was even able to schedule delivery according to my unusual working schedule, which was great.

The product arrived in great quality. The packaging was done in a way that prevented damages even to the carboard box that contained my product. Given the history of merchandise misplacement and miscare in the Brazilian post office, I was very delighted to see no dents or issues with my order.

In the other hands they have massive sales which is good if you want to buy a product more cheaper.
The support is very great and fast. If I had problems or just questions they responded within a few hours.

I am pretty sure the scammer gearbest is paying for positive feedbacks here and they are fake reviews. Anyways, here is my issue. My daughter bought me a phone from these scammers and also paid extra fee for insurance which guarantees to resend immediately if product is broken. Phone arrived us in unworking condition and even we provided them requested evidences, they are forcing us return the item to them. My daughter asked them about why are you selling insurance then and they response really weird. Stay away from gearbest because they are scammers.

We are also going to start a dispute via PayPal and file a chargeback if nothing happens.

We will continue to create and update feedbacks to keep everyone awake and updated until this issue is resolved.
