I have made several orders with Gearbest over the last 6 months, I have found their site very easy to navigate and it has been very simple to compile and pay for my orders, I have recommended the site to many people as I am confident their experience will be as good as mine. In the instance that I had and issue with an item that was DOA, the support team were quick to act with clear instructions and a fast refund.
I will continue to shop at Gearbest in the future.

My experience with gearbest is very good. Im a student from Germany and i often order gadgets and useful things in online-shops in China. Gearbest is the only shop i trust very much. One time there were problems with a delivery with a mouse, after i sent a ticket they said they will send a new package, and they did.
This review is about my last orders there, i tried to buy a smartphone for about 155.12 days after, the phone (it was for my girlfriend) was delivered to Germany without a problem.
I decided to buy another phone, it was the same phone in another color. They wrote me via ticket, that they will ship the phone some days later because the dont have it in stock, but all over all it took 15-20 days i got my new phone:)
My family was so ecxited when they saw the phone und got to knew the price, so i had to order a phone for my mother, too! The same, but now it was golden. For birthday, my father will get a phone too, with a screen which is only 5 inch.
Just to day: I pay with paypal everytime. Its the fastest way to pay for me and the sop and from my point of view, its the securest for me.

What i want to say with that? Im off the opinion, that Gearbest try to do a good job, and in my case, they did a good job and there is no reason for not recommending this shop to family, friends or others.

I bought my action camera(Yi 2k) from Gaerbest.The experience of the order was insane. I talked with them before for the avaliability and then I proceed to my order. In th estimated timeline I have received my camera in the lowest price in Chine during this period. Their customer service was very helpful, too. They are wiling to solve any issue you have. I am sure I will keeo buying from there.

My first order on gearbest WW************** is a Yi 4k cam. I ordered it on 28/05/2017 cause it's the lowest price and It arrived around 13days, so fast! It works so well and It's wonderful!
