I've been using Gearbest for almost a year now and I have always received great customer service, products are exactly as seen on the site, and have never had any issues. The team is very proactive in the care of customers and the ticketing system is brilliant, with quick response and follow up. I initially started with a low dollar value product (iPhone charger leads@ a $0.75 each) and was a little concerned about delivery time, which was longer than expected. However, after multiple orders ranging from $10 - $100USD at a time, I've become accustomed to the delivery time, understanding that everything I buy is shipped from an overseas provider and am use to a 4 - 6wks delivery. I even used Gearbest for all my children's Christmas presents, ordering well in advance and having everything delivered a couple of weeks prior - if you need it tomorrow, this is not the site, but if your willing to wait, I highly recommend Gearbest and will always use this site over any other when possible.

My order (a UGEE-2150 graphics monitor) was received in perfect condition from China to Singapore. The pricing I bought it at was one of the cheapest I could find online.

Furthermore, I read that their shipping insurance also covers any transportation damage or package loss; that was really important as I knew I will still have my product or money back if anything bad happened to the parcel on-route.

Overall, it was a really pleasant experience.

And it does not matter that the name and gear "Best", best online store to buy, prices imbativeis, any item is cheaper than in Brazil, fast packaging, good quality products, dispacho fast, my products always arrive in perfect condition

I buy many knife, multitools and other stuff on GearBest and i am sure, are the best chinese product site in the world. Customer service its good

I think that Gearbest is the best store online! I have bought 5 times, and always my products came in an excellent condition. The time of shipping and delivering is really fast. And I always want to buy from this shop. It's the best option to buy electronic products and all you can imagine.

Anyway decided to give them a try and ordered a JJRC quadcopter as they were really cheap and looked fun so thought it would be a good thing to try them out with.

Ordered on a Sunday from their EU warehouse and it was delivered on the Tuesday to the UK, really impressed.

And as for the product, I couldn't be happier exactly as they said it would be and is really fun even though I have flown it into a wall a few times:)
