I would like to recommend Gearbest site, based on my positive experience, for product quality, prices and service.

I'm very happy of my orders done at Gearbest.com that's why I want to share it! The choice of product is large enough, and the very good point is the possibility to choose between different shipment options, often the slowest is free but if you want your product faster, just a couple of $ is often enough.
I definitely recommend Gearbest! I got my earphones in 2 weeks!

I bought several items from them last November 2017, all the products eventually arrived after a while. All the items where well packaged and in good working condition (no lemons!). I say this since one of my orders was delayed for 3 weeks. I contacted their customer service (via their website, and they reply to your GearBest account), they normally reply within 24-48 hrs, and they helped me sort things out.

It is good to buy from GearBest if you are willing to wait.

Tip:
- wait for the occasional flashsale. The discounts are significant.
- if you get a coupon code, COMPARE if it will actually lessen the amount you'll pay. Since sometimes the coupon code will give you a discount on the item but disable other ongoing promotions (like free shipping).

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z zakupów na gearbest. Chińskie produkty są coraz lepsze. Można je kupić bardzo korzystnych cenach, a nie odbiegają jakością od największych światowych marek w dużo wyższych cenach. Czas wysyłki bardzo szybki, obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Z czasem dostarczenia to już różnie bywa, jedne przychodzą po 2 tygodniach a inne po miesiącu albo dłużej. Ogólnie jednak polecam.

I received a 21 x Cree XML T6 LED Police Large Flashlight, from this company with no battery instructions. I purchased the batteries separately on Amazon but sadly the torch failed to work. I have contacted the company web site for a return on at least a dozen attempts but the return ticket cannot be processed as their web site doesn't reconise their own order number. Repeated requests for assistance are returned with trite bearing no attempt to answer the question probably as the queries are answered by either a computer or someone with a lack of English comprehension

This company is terrible

Until now I have made three purchases from GearBest which were delivered to my country in Europe in less than 4 weeks time (using economic delivery options), and since then I have made two more purchases which are yet to arrive. With regards to the first three purchases, the parcels arrived in good condition, and so did the products inside (an e-cig atomizer, toys, and cables).

The atomizer is an original one, not a dupe, which is great taking into account the cheap price of the product. Further, even though I did not expect much from the quality of some products such as small toys and cables, the products were much better than I expected to be honest. Usually cheap conductive materials and connectors (in cables) are used, or cheap plastic materials are used in some toys, but the ones I purchased have better materials and seem to be built very sturdily. Only time will say whether these in fact are good products, but I have reason to believe that they are and thus I have made further purchases from GearBest which I expect to arrive very soon.

I had some problems with three or two orders, but gearbest always tried to help me in the best way! I was never harmed.
I think they could improve the support!
With people who speak fluent English but especially people who speak Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian, to improve the European market.
I recommend the website gearbest! For me it's the best technology sales site, best prices in the world.

Gearbest sends the ordered items very fast, everything is great always, items are the best quality and agree with the descriptions, the packages are well packed.

I've used many online stores, but I have to admit Gearbest is my favourite by far! There are so many great items to choose from, and it's so easy to use. There are no downsides. Free shipment is offered, as well as other varied forms of shipping and they're all very reliable. All the packages I've ordered so far have arrived exactly on time. I've never had any problems with the quality of ordered items. The customer service is great, and very helpful. Often there are sales, coupons and other great occasions. Awesome sales for Black Friday, 11.11, and Cyber Monday, however there are also some really good sales throughout the years too.

Gearbest is great. And I recommend it to all my friends all the time.

I've ordered a few things from Gearbest now. Each product received was original and works well. Most of the items came to me quite quickly and well packaged. Customer service is very friendly, but I think that not everyone understands English well, but they try their best, it only takes a little more time, which was not a problem at the moment. And they have a really nice point system, so you can save some money when you buy, although prices are low. I can only recommend a gearbest and we will definitely order it again.

I really like buying stuff via Gearbest! In my opinion it's one of the greatest and well-organized website that allows you to buy some things. You'll be happy with the prices and quality of goods and for the customer's service if you will need some help. I've made about 10 transactions and I'm sure it will be much more!
