I have been shopping on the site for some years, I have always been well attended, the purchased products have met my expectations. I had problem with the purchase on 2 occasions and both services gave a solution within a few days. On one occasion the product did not work, I did what I was asked and sent a new one. On another occasion, the item was not delivered and I was returned the amount spent without much paperwork.

It's hard to beat the prices at GB. There is something here for everyone. It takes some time to ship, but thus is the issue with buying straight from CN from US. Also, their stock status was incorrect on my last order, and I ended up having to get the item elsewhere. Dealing with customer service was simple, and they quickly refunded me, so I have no animosity towards GB in any way.
Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to shop here again, as the prices are terrific.

I've ordered many things on Gearbest and not once has it let me down. The delivery time depends on the stock quantity. For very demanding products, you have to be extremely patient. You can in deed wait up to 1 month. But if there's a problem with the order, Gearbest's support team responds quickly (that's a deal breaker for me). I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about ordering online, but all my past experience with gearbest was perfect. I've also ordered some hefty priced stuff as a PC laptop and cellphones. And everything came in excellent shape. I highly recommend Gearbest.
