The person I spoke with on the phone had a sense of urgency with our problem and even offered to stop by to help us close the door until they could come out with a replacement. We had a new door installed 2 days later. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
Repaired broken door temporarily, and installed new door the next day. Was very upfront about options, pricing, and verifying his stock. The new door is solid, quiet, and works just as it should. The installer also replaced a wooden track hanger that had split. Job well done.

After buying a new home, we called to get a replacement garage door. The installation guy had to work on top of ice, yet the quality of the installation was top notch. I would definitely recommend.
James came to check my door, which was not operating. He determined that the door installer (last year) did a rotten job of securing and aligning my new door. In the course of our discussion, a new opener was suggested; I agreed to that as the opener was extremely old. Next day Jay? Came to repair the door job and to install a new opener. Just as he was about to leave I asked about the lighting in the new opener. He said they did not carry bulbs with them; but I found two cfl twist style; he helped me to install them. After he left I intended to register the opener (as urged by the opener literature). However, I had to go out to the garage, get the ladder, and search for the serial number. This all was last week. Now one of the remote openers is not working; nor is the keypad on the outside of the garage. James is coming tomorrow to get this taken care of. I have two complaints regarding Jay's work: a) he should have at least mentioned to me the situation regarding lights in the new opener; b) I believe he should have noted the serial number of the new opener (was it on the box? I don't know). Whether or not it was on the box; the least he should have done is to record the serial number - perhaps on the door opener's instruction booklet. As a result, I had to get the ladder, go up it, find the serial number, note it, etc. Should have been totally unnecessary.
I broke the arm on my door and within 2 hours of breaking it he had my garage door fixed again. I didn't have to go into the weekend worrying about my garage door and being unlocked.

I needed to have rush service on my garage door. A lot of expensive tools in there and my door was hanging at an angle and half open. This was the second place I called. The first told me they MIGHT be able to get someone over by Monday afternoon. This was on a Thursday. Garage Door Service and Repair was at my house 1 hour after I called. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
Made it out the same day I called. Only advised fixing the issues at hand and didn't try to upsell me or scam me into "fixing" more items. Pricing was fair and he was speedy with repairs. Will be using him for any and all other garage door issues I may ever have.
The technician showed on time and was caring and didn't care about making money as much he cared about solving out garage problem.
