I have been fed up with all car and garage related services for a while I'll be honest. These guys are something else though. Fast, friendly, not trying to get more cash out of you than necessary. Just great overall. Satisfied.

The first time we used Garage Door Service and Repair they were great to deal with - fast, friendly, effective and reliable. The second time I called for help I was directed to a video, so that I was able to fix the problem really easily myself (60 secs). I appreciate this honesty immensely and will always use them for garage door issues as is great to have someone you can trust.

Left message, he called me back immediately and came out to fix my door the same day. Additionally, he fixed my garage door quickly. Great service. Highly recommend.

Price substantially High not sure if I was getting contractor pricing or not. Would have preferred doing business with your company because it's closer

Knowledgeable and personable. He knew his stuff. Made recommendations on maintenance and suggested new garage doors soon, which was obvious.

Was pleased to receive call that service provider would be later than orig sceduled.
Door is still a bit loud but much improved w new rollers & lubrication. Just surprised that lube job (took maybe 10 mins?) cost $150

They did a wonderful job! Very personable and helpful. Explained what probably went wrong with old opener and advantages of different types of new ones and price range. Went through all features of new opener, and showed me how the wifi feature can be super helpful and tightened up the springs! Seemed like kind real people in the business to help and not just to up sell stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Very good company to work with! On time completed in quoted time and employee's were very professional and easy to work with!

The repair person was 1.5 hours late. Obviously you don't value my time. He called at 2:00, when he was suppose to be there to say he was going to be there are 3:00 but didn't show up until 4:00.

This was for warranty service on a spring they installed three years ago. My appointment was supposed to be between 4 PM and 5 PM. I got a call just before 5 to tell me he was running late and would be at my house around 6. He did eventually show up at 6:30. When service was complete he was unable to process a credit card and I wound up writing a check.

Fast service. Punctual. Reasonable price. Done and gone in under an hour. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had issues with my garage door getting stuck once in a while. Garage Door service came in on time, serviced and changed few components that had rust.

Jim came to our house to give an estimate within a couple of days after contacting Home Advisor. The garage door was installed within a few days after that. GDSAR was a pleasure to work with -- the person who worked on our garage even caught and corrected an error he'd made during the bid process, reducing the total cost. Very honest. New garage door looks great.

Repair was done in a very timely manner. James is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He takes the time to explain the problem and how he fixed it. James is someone we trust to complete our garage door needs.

The repair was made the quickly (called on Sunday and repair on Monday), and the service was top notch.

I would definitely use them again. They did not recommend anything unnecessary. Pricing was fair. They arrived when they said and finished earlier than expected.
