The process was very easy and you get a quote right away. In fact, the company decided to give me a little more than the quoted amount because they deemed that the iPad was in better shape than I had said. The payment in Amazon credit is really fast and easy. The only downside is that it encourages me to spend even more on Amazon. Prepayment of shipping is great, again very easily done with the PDF that is sent upon submitting for the quote. It also makes me feel good about recycling or the resale of the equipment.
This is the second or third time I've used gazelle. There are NO surprises. You tell them what you have to sell, they tell you what you they will likely pay you. I have never gotten a cent less than they quoted me. The entire process is easy and fast. I mailed my phone to them on a Monday and I had a check in my hand the following Monday. Super easy. Exceedingly fair.
Bought a iphone 5c for $150 for good condition... 5 days go by i received my phone as planned, comes with minor scuffs so i figured it was fine, of course it was dead so i decided to plug it in and turn it on... 4 hours go by and it only shows the dead battery sign, decided to leave it for 14 more hours and it was still dead... finally got it on by plugging it into my computer and having it restored and updated... BUT... found out that i am not able to use it without it being charged. The phone glitches all the way to 100 but the second i unplug it. It will drain to 12% and then to 1% until it shuts off a few seconds later... all within a minute of unplugging it... hoping to get money back... but not likely... a phone is something to rely on throughout the day... but I cant even trust that it'll stay on longer than 60 seconds
BUYER BEWARE! I financed 2 phones from them via affirm. One was supposed to be unlocked and the other at&t. I received the phones, the at&t phone was flawless but the 2nd phone appeared to be unlocked but after paying for service and the phone wouldn't except the SIM card. I did some investigating and found out the phone was an unlocked sprint phone (which can't be turned on under any carrier in the U.S.) I contact them they tell me they're sorry for the mistake and inconvenience and all I have to do was send the phone back for a refund. I even asked if the phone can be swapped out for a different phone, they told me they don't do exchanges they only refund the money the way it was received. I send it back, a couple of weeks have gone by I contacted them to find out when I would receive the refund they tell me that they don't give refunds on financed phones. I am currently in the process of suing them. DO NOT PURCHASE PHONES FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DONT CHECK THESE PHONES LIKE THEY CLAIM THEY DO.
Easy to use, fairly priced, and simple to execute. Selling my used iPhone 5S to Gazelle was overall a great experience. I'll be back when I replace my next cell phone!
Great experience!
Giselle made it easy and profitable to sell electronic products that I no longer use.
Both of my transactions involving my trusty iMac and a MacBook have been stellar. It has gotten better with their nifty box as well, which made packing everything a breeze. I was happy with the trade in value as well.
Have had multiple experiences with Gazelle over the years. Each has gone smoothly with fast completions. They are fair in their offers. Will use them again.
Gazelle offers very fair prices and the fastest and most efficient service that I've found. They provide free shipping materials if needed!
Sent a perfect Iphone 6 to them. The offer was $118.00. They emailed and said that it would not power up and lowered the offer to $30.00. Called them and said to send it back. They then said it powered up but had blemishes and kept offer at $30.00. I sent them pics I took of phone showing no blemishes and they then said it was locked. I proved to them that it was not and then they said that they had emailed me and since I didn't respond they now owned the phone for FREE! I have all emails and suing them.
The phone looks great but paid for 2 day shipping Thursday night got it Monday. Went to activate and it was locked to another carrier. Had to pay another company to unlock.
I sent my iPhone 6 Plus which was on my Verizon account (and I have only ever had Verizon as my carrier) and he phone had been in a case and was flawless. No scratches, no damage and in fantastic condition. Gazelle quoted me $180 so I sent it in. They then contact me back with an email of generic reasons (generic scratches, damage, etc) why they "adjusted" my quoted price down to $130 and they specifically indicated that the phone was an AT&T phone which justified the negative adjustment and certainly baffled me. I sent in questions about my adjusted quote and received no response. I will never waste my time using Gazelle again.
I got payment on time and fast. I will always look for doing business with Gazelle. I sold my old phone and my daughter's cracked phone and Gazelle offered a very reasonable prize for them and I took the offer because really it sound too good to be true. I love gazelle.
I think Gazelle provided quick service and a fair price for my devices. I would use them again. It was easy to use the prepaid mailing containers which were sent ahead of time. Upon inspection of one device they even upped their offer and paid me more! Extreme honesty.
I've used Gazelle for 3 devices and have felt that I am received a very fair price for them. The process is easy and shipping is included. All I had to do was pay for a safe and secure box for the devices that didn't have the original box.
I got paid almost instantly, and they did everything they said they would do. To me, that is huge from a company that takes in old electronics (since there are so many scams).
I bought a used phone through this site. The battery on it is worthless, can't even hold a charge for 10 minutes if in use. I have been trying to get a return slip, and they refuse to even speak to me.
I have used Gazelle b4 and the experience has always been without hassle. Instructions are very simple as 1, 2, 3. My payment came as promised!
I was paid the original offer, unlike experiences in the past where potential buyers change their offer upon receipt of a device. Uasually they will find non- existing or fabricated flaws and offer you less. I am extremely satisfied with your service.
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
