Great experience. I decided to trade in my iPad for cash. Gazelle sent all the shipping materials and instructions to my home (arrived within a few days). Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once shipped, the package took 2 days to get to Gazelle and the money was in my PayPal account within 24 hours.
Easy process, fair pricing and in fact - they communicated that the gear I sent in was in better condition than expected and automatically raised the price they were willing to pay for them! Ethical and transparent, I truly appreciate the way I was treated. I will be back!
I submitted my phone and was offered $40. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email saying Gazelle was giving me more since they thought my phone was in better condition than I had. That is integrity.

I received my shipping box about 3 days after signing up to sell my last Laptop. It is SO easy to place the item in the box, seal it and put it in a Fed Ex pick up box.

Used Gazelle because of their excellent reputation for fairness and honesty. Looked at using someone else who was offering a little more, but something about their website and interaction made me suspect. Shipping box for Gazelle came very quickly. When Gazelle processed my phone they determined it was in better condition than I had indicated and increased my payment automatically. Not sure anyone else would have done this. This confirmed my initial belief in their fairness and honesty. I would definitely recommend Gazelle and will use them again.
First I had multiple issues while ordering which were not due to errors on my part. A promised phone call back from technical support never came. After about an hour of trying different things and different cards, the order went through. They charge $25 for shipping and while it says 2-3 days during the ordering process, on the submission page it says next day. We know it's not next day so why even say that? We are on day 4 and still no phone and for $25, it should be next day, especially since most people ordering a new phone needs it right away. Hopefully we have better luck with the actual phone.
All I can say is that I have dealt with Gazelle 4 times, and each time they have been excellent. They actually paid me more than agreed because they found the condition of the computer I sold to them was in better condition than I described.
Think twice before ordering from Gazelle. I recently purchased the iPhone 7 256 GB in "excellent/ unlocked" condition. When I received the phone the condition of it looked fine, but it had someone else's iCloud info linked up to it. Gazelle sold me a STOLEN PHONE. Promptly I called the company and requested that they would exchange the phone and resolve the issue. The man I spoke to told me that the company does not exchange phones, and that I would have to send the phone back to receive a refund and order it again myself. Giving them a second chance, I sent the phone back and awaited a refund. It took them a full week and a half to issue my refund. I reordered the phone and got an email a week later saying the company canceled my order. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
They are prompt in payment and give a very fair price for the items. I would recommend Gazelle to any of my friends.
This was a very easy & quick process! Our salesperson at the Apple store mentioned Gazelle. And, as an added bonus it had higher trade in value! Id recommend Gazelle to anyone who needs to turn in a device!

This is my second time selling an iphone. The 5se was in flawless condition and I received the max sell $. The process was quick and easy... payment came in two days after the iphone was received.
I was a little leary of giving Gazelle a try due to the mixed reviews I had read but everything worked out perfectly & I couldn't be happier! I sold my 9.7" Ipad Pro 32gb and my Android Google Nexus 9 16gb tablet to Gazelle to make some extra cash. Gazelle definitely was the best option for my Nexus 9 and offered the best quote. I choose to ship the item myself in my own packaging, making sure to pack it well and shipped it out the next day after receiving my emailed label. It took Gazelle about 3 days to receive the item and they inspected it fairly quickly as well. I received an email about the status and that my items were like I had described and that money would be sent. I received the offer that I was quoted( I listed both items in excellent condition) and with in days had the money in my account via paypal option. It was quick and painless and super easy! I will definitely give Gazelle a try again when I need to trade in other electronics, my only negative is that I wish they would let you sell/trade in apple watches and apple pencils. Other than that I had a A+ experience and would use them again in the future if needed.
Everything went well with my trade-in and after they received it they ended up almost doubling the amount back to me for my iPhone! Thanks Gazelle!
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
