My husband and I sold our iPhone 7 phones to Gazelle and the entire process was so simple and took place smoothly. Next time I have my old phone to sell I know the right place to come back to! Keep up the good work, Gazelle team!
I cant believe how easy this process was! I have never sold my iPhones because it seems like such a hassle, but when I sold my most recent one in what seemed like only 3 steps and got reimbursed right away, I also sold my old one from 5 years ago and made a bit of money on it also. They were great with communication along the way also. Im telling all my friends :)
I had the choice of selling my 6 year old Mac that was flawless privately or through Gazelle. I could have made more privately but I would have had to field calls, offers and showings. This way was quick and easy with no hassle. When they got my computer they actually paid me more because it was in such good shape!
My experience with Gazelle has always been a positive one. They always deliver as promised and sometimes you get back more than you were quoted. I highly recommend them.
Sent in an IPad Air 2... was offered $130. This IPad was in mint condition. They said it was scratched, screen wasn't attached to housing?, and it wasn't the correct product. So they offered me $20. Absolute BS! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
I have used Gazelle before. They are always great to work with and they have always provided fast service and final determination to the value of my equipment. There is no one else to use when trying to sell your phone, tablet or other devices.
This is the second time I have sold a device to Gazelle. Not only did I receive a great quote, but upon receiving my devices my payment doubled and was received immediately. I will continue to sell my old devices to Gazelle.
I tried to buy a phone through gazelle and my card was denied because it said it was fraudulent. I thought that was strange, so I tried a second time and got the same message that it was denied because it was fraudulent. I moved on and just bought a phone elsewhere. I later noticed that my bank account had been charged for BOTH times I tried but was told my card was denied. I then got a confimation for only one order that had been denied. I called customer service and they said it *should* be refunded into my account in a few days, but would not give me a positive answer. I told them they should make it more clear that when a card is denied for fraud, the transaction could still go through and they told me it was MY FAULT for not contacting them when the card was denied. This is absolutely absurd and I will nevertheless buy from gazelle again after this experience.
Process was simple and accurate. Box sent has instructions and even sealing tape! Always a smooth transaction. Thank you!
So easy to fill out the information on the website. Instructions were clear and they paid for me to ship my iPhones and ipads to them. They don't pay as much as some other sites but the ease of business makes it more than worth it.
Gazelles website is easy to find and easy to understand. Just a few questions asked so that your needs are met. Very very fair prices for sellers and buyers. If there is an issue Gazelle is quick to connect with you so that whatever transaction is happening, happens quick and smooth. Ive used them quite a few times fir both selling and buying. Ill always recommend Gazelle
Prompt. Efficient. Exact. Fair.
What more can I ask?
I've worked with Gazelle in the past. It seems to me that their entire operation is even more streamlined than ever. Bravo!
Gazelle.com, U get the value via Computer, U Print out the post office label (others choices), U use a Box it or ask Gazelle for a box kit, Drop it at the UR post office and Gazelle.com completes the process. Or go to local Phone Store with NEW employees that have never completed a transaction before in their life! Gazelle.com my time, spent my way! Love it!
I have sold my old iPhones to Gazelle 2 times in the past. I didnt have any problems the first time. The second time they tried to reduce the offer claiming the phone had scratches but immediately paid the full amount when I called to complain. So I decided to use their service again. BIG MISTAKE!
I received an offer of $85.00 for my Sprint iPhone 6s 16gb. I sent it in and they emailed saying the screen was cracked, the phone had scratches and it wasnt a Sprint phone so they adjusted my offer to $45.00. I emailed and contacted customer service letting them know I have pictures of my phone as I put it in their box and it had no damage at all. Also that it was a Sprint phone because I always buy my phones through my wireless provider-Sprint. They checked the device again and determined the device was a Sprint device but would only be giving me $30.00 because the phone has damage. I again called customer service and requested a supervisor because if the phone is damaged it occurred during transport in the box they provided so we would need to file a claim with the post office. The manager then told me since Im a repeat customer they would pay the $85.00 they originally offered and we wouldnt need to file a claim with the post office... it sounds to me like Gazelle is starting to get shady. They offer one amount and then when they have your device in their possession they cite damages and reduce the offer. Just offer what you are willing to pay for the device and let the customer decide if they want to accept it instead of sinking to these bait and switch tactics. Whenever I purchase a phone I immediately buy a case and a screen protector. When its time to upgrade and trade in the phone or in this instance prepare to send it to Gazelle the phone looks brand new when I take the case and screen protector off. I would not waste anyones time including my own... sending a cracked, scratched phone. Beware of Gazelle!
The entire transaction was seamless from beginning to end. I had to contact customer service this time around, & had a wonderful experience with this as well..
I recently sent them 2 old iPads. One had an issue, but it was quickly and Kindly corrected. I would highly recommend Gazelle to anyone.
Easy peasy to use, just tell them what you have to sell and you get the packing materials right away. Pack your item, send it back and within days you have your money! I always take it as an Amazon gift card to get it fast and to get EXTRA!
This is our second time using Gazelle. Both times have proven to be worth our time and effort. Gazelle is thorough and speedy in their responses and the process is easy. I would recommend this site to anyone!
I sold my iPad on Gazelle. They placed a fair value on the item. Returning was easy in the prepaid shipping box. I opted for the Amazon gift card and had added to my account in about 3 business days. I was very happy with the entire process.
I have purchased in all 3 phones from you. The first two had minimal issues. The third however, had issues from day one. From not ringing to not keeping a charge for even several hours. Finally, less than six months in, I made an appointment at the Apple Store as this phone had become increasingly unreliable. And according to the technician, this phone had water damage, although according to your website, you check for that and do not sell phones with water damage. Apple would not replace the battery for this reason. So less than 6 months in and out $430, I was forced to buy another phone. NEVER AGAIN!
Answer: No experience with that. Experience with their staff and their customer service, don't fo business with them. My phone was returned in October, and I still have not received my refund. They finally sent me an email saying my return was received, in December but tracking showed it received in October, and still no refund.
Answer: I would not buy from or sell to Gazelle regardless of what they claim.
Answer: No! Dishonest! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company tinged my money back and that took 3 months
