I've used Gazelle twice to dispose of electronic devices I no longer need. Both times they have met or exceeded my expectations. I wish all companies operated like Gazelle. In my opinion they are unbeatable for service and speed.

The company is amazing and they process things fast! Thanks so much! I have sold two of my electronics to them and I have not had any issues at all. The company gave me more for my MacBook Pro retina than I was initially offered. That was so nice of them! I recently sold them my iPhone 8 plus and the entire process went smooth. Gazelle is a great company and I will definitely sell them more of my items in the future!

Web Site easy to navigate, packaging arrived in two day, packaging had excellent instructions (intuitive), and payment exceeded estimate because my iPhone 7 was actually in better condition than I had thought... and they gave me the extra--who does this nice stuff today?

The process was very easy and streamlined, got more through Gazelle for my old iPhone than trading in at VZW or BB. Getting the box mailed to me with everything I needed was wonderful.

Sold an iPhoneX 256g. Had the funds deposited into my Paypal account. Pricing is decent and the transaction and mail-in of the phone is made very simple. Funds were deposited into my Paypal right after they received the phone. No hassle in trying to get the funds.

I submitted my phone on line for a $128.00 value. Immediately upon receiving I received a notification that my phone had scratches and they could only offer me $100.00 or ship my phone back. My phone is perfect and no scratches what so ever! If they do that to every potential client and most folks will not want to hassle or fool with them returning the device then their profit margin just increased significantly. Not happy.

Packing box arrived quickly and was very easy to return to them. Sent it back & got my check within about a week.

Gazelle is easy and straightforward to use. They assess your device, give you a price, send you a box with return shipping label and you pack it up and leave it on your front porch. Directions are easy and payment comes fast. What else could you ask for? I have used Gazelle to trade in 2 phones and an iPad - they are very fair in their pricing and reliable.

You receive the package to send your phone in so quickly! The instructions are so easy and within just a few days I had already received my pay!
