After purchasing, it took about one week before I received an email that the items were shipped, but everything arrived within a couple of days afterward. Thankfully, I have not had a need to contact the company regarding defective items, so I can't say how easy that transaction might be. I was a bit worried something might be defective because their return policy appears to be very strict regarding making sure the items arrive in good condition. In my case, I live rurally and have no contact with the company delivering, so could not verify condition beforehand (my delivery was to a main box where all residents have access by using a key dropped in their home mailbox). I'm very happy with my transaction and would purchase from GateHouse again.

Took a long time to get delivery, but when it came out is the exact part I needed. I had to replace a unit that failed. I have a working 40 year old Chamberlain garage door opener that failed 20 years ago and I got a after market receiver from Sears that now has given out. Found this unit, the exact duplicate of the Sears unit.

Ordered through Google Shopping and delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Ordering was very easy and I was impressed. On further searching, I found the same item at Amazon for half the price and I can get free shipping on Amazon. Other than that, I wanted to find out my order status, so I tried to via an email they sent me. Although they took my money as a "guest check-out" since I didn't want an account. However, they wrote that they, "for my convenience" created an account for me in order to check the status of my order... really? If I wanted an account, I would have created one. So, they try to force you to create an account in order to check the status of what you have paid for even if you don't want one... I don't think so. I should have shopped further. They also substituted my item which has been discontinued. I won't know if it works until I try it and they don't accept returns on opened packages! WOW! Your order ID is #*******. Website said transformer was in stock. Two days after ordering, I found out they had to order because it was not in stock. Took a few days longer than expected, but it arrived the next week.

Complicated and inconsistent, google tried to usurp payment

Only issue was finding the product on the website. Only found the link through google.

Part arrived as promised and was correct. It was a pleasure doing business with GateHouse and if necessary will do so again in the future.
