Awful, awful, awful

The dresses I ordered are nothing like the pictures. So disappointed. Dreadful fabric, I would never wear this tat. Will be using as a duster as too expensive to send back. Gamiss should be ashamed to send out these terrible outfits. Do not touch them with a barge pole. Save your money

DISORGANIZED

I just found this site within the new year and was intrigued by the discounts and low prices! I ordered two bathing suits on January 16th and with standard shipping it came to about $30; great deal! It's now the 8th of February and they have yet to be shipped(23 days). This being my first encounter with the site I am extremely displeased, I can't even find a number to call to complain AND the live chat is down due to the Chinese New Year. They said it would be resuming on the 2nd of February and it is not. This website is very sketchy and the service providing is hardly there. I would not recommend this site for any reason.

Coming over seas I knew it would take a while but in less than 3 weeks, my dress arrived. It is made of high quality and absolutely gorgeous. The size fits according to the size chart provided. Very impressed and have placed a second order!

I ordered a dress to just kind of take a gamble on this site and it did work out for me. But two things were very important for its success.
1. always consult the sizing chart. ALWAYS. Even item to item. Things are a little inconsistent.
2. Get the shipping with a tracking number. The shipping email I was sent gave me the tracking number for International Bridge (tracking number begins with IB) but I had to actually google how to track the package because it was not made clear in the email at all. But once that was clear I was able to track it into the US and where it swapped over to USPS and then from USPS to my mailbox. No problems at all.

It did sit in customs for a week but I can't blame Gamiss for that. It's not their fault.

Would buy again.

I placed an order for two dresses on the 15th of January and paid extra for it arrive in 6-8 business days. Today is the 7th of February and when I look at my order it still hasn't shipped. I've sent an email about my disappointment and Iv'e called several times. No one answers! If someone doesn't tell me where my stuff is I am disputing this transaction with my bank! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered 3 sweatshirts and shipping was nearly $20. I have to return all 3 because the 2 that were larges fit like they were small. I could hardly get them on. Then I got my bf a 2xl sweatshirt. Since the other 2 were very small I tried his on out of curiosity. Usually a 2xl would be baggy on my body but it was tight like a large. I checked the tags and they all said small and we're perchased in the men's category. I'm never buying from here again.

Well worth it!

I ordered a dress from Gamiss on the 11th of January. I saw some negative reviews of this site before I ordered, and was a little concerned, but when reading the reviews it looks like many of them are complaining about the delivery times. My order took 3 weeks to arrive, which I don't think is too bad - the dress was being shipped from China during their New Year celebrations, and was extremely cheap anyway, so well worth the wait.

The price of the dress was reduced to 16 dollars, and postage and insurance were another 6 dollars, but for the quality of the product it is a ludicrously small cost!

In the confirmation email, they provided tracking details for the order which were incorrect, but they responded quickly to my query and provided the correct details right away.

The package arrived today (3rd of February) and it's a beautiful dress. The quality of the material is good - not at all thin and flimsy, as I had feared it would be for the price, but well-printed, not at all see-through, and stiff enough to stand out in a full skirt. The only flaw I can find with the dress is that there is no zip or button to help the dress over my chest, but once I wriggled into it, it fit perfectly.

The sizes are obviously Chinese (I don't normally take a 4XL!) but the measurements are provided on the page and give a good guide to buying the right size.

All-in-all, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I will definitely buy from this site again.

Do not buy there... all garbage... chineze thinghs... they say postege is free... is not... I paid 30. Pounds postage... all small items... bad quality... all the same garbage. Man's chlothes... light in the box... scam. Chineze. They have my nr and call me for scam about pension... SCAM...

As a blogger, I don't wanna advise bad stuff, so I will be totally honest about the review.
Gamiss have really nice items, I really like it. I've ordered some clothes from this site and I am totally satisfied with the quality, all asked me where I bought them! Lately I wanted to order also 2 bags because the prices are so low, unfortunately the shipping cost is too expensive, ( the shipping cost is based on the package weight), so this is the only thing I don't like about Gamiss, FREE SHIPPING DOESN'T EXIST!

Terrible service

I truly discussed with the service people lie to you. After receiving my product it was 3 sizes 2 small.
I asked for a refund and guess what you got to send items back which cost the same to buy them in the 1st place. Avoid buying anything off this company. Or at your own peril

Made an order at the start of December with plenty of time to get delivery before Christmas. Didn't hear anything until the 26th, when we received an email saying the order had been sent... nearly 20 days to dispatch an order?! No explanation as to why or response to my email to their customer service.

Also the item is tiny compared to what the size guide stated and it looked cheap and tacky, nothing like the pictures.

It is clearly some kind of scam website set up to con people out of money over the holidays. Will never use again and wold highly recommend against anyone else using it.

I ordered 14 items total and paid extra for shipping to arrive earlier because Iam going on a trip. It still arrived later and I only got 9 of the 14 items. Out of the 9 items that came nothing fit the size charts are way off and clothes look like cheap garabage. There is no customer service at at I tried the live chat and says it's Chinese New Years for the past 4 days now. They still post daily on IG but can't help out a exiting client? Do not waste your money the clothes look nothing at all like the pictures. I wish I would of read reviews sooner..

Size chart sucks

I'm a L size, bought a 3XL just to be sure because of the difference between US charts and Asian ones, Guess what? Wasted my money, jacket arrived is still too small, according their real sizes I sholuld have bought 5 XL... looks a little bit ridiculous to me!

Item: Vintage style dress

I recently purchased a dress from the Gamiss.com website and loved the whole experience. I was so impressed by the range of choice and prices of their products, and to top it all off, the postage costs were excellent too! My order arrived exactly within the given time frame of 7-14 working days and the dress I ordered was of a very high quality. I loved the product so much that I immediately went back online to order more!

When I first saw the website pop up on my Facebook feed I thought I'd give it a go with low expectations because the prices were so amazingly cheap for the product type. I was very mistaken to have low expectations, as the dress was brilliant. I mostly like to make my own clothes, and flatter myself that I know a bit about cloth, and this was a very expertly made and high-quality material. As someone who prefers homemade over shop bought, this was definitely worth the purchase.

I've recommended gamiss.com to many colleagues and friends already.

Not to mention their expert sales and customer service team. I was kept up-to-date with every step of my order.

Usually with online websites, there tends to be a lot of shoddy constructed garments and not usually very good customer service. However, what I experienced with Gamiss was totally different. They always got back to me in a timely manner; and super polite and helpful too. I honestly didn't have very high hopes for the quality of clothing but once again I was pleasantly surprised by most of what I ordered. The only thing I would recommend is in the way of sizing; definitely consider that the sizing might be a little on the smaller side. I ordered a dress in my size; it fit so perfectly. I ordered two crop top and a sports bra and they all fit wonderfully. I'm a canadian s/m or size 5 and 5'4 and 130 pds. The only problem I had is when it came to the pants; I ordered two pairs of leggings(one low rise/one size fits all and one highwaisted/size L) the low rise ones were VERY low rise, almost unwearable. And the high waisted ones I ordered up in size and they fit very well. I also bought one "sweater" but you need to consider the material when you buy stuff like that. I ordered wayyy up because I wanted a baggy fitting sweater so I ordered an XL, it really fit more like a loose shirt than sweater and the material was a lot thinner than expected. It did however look really nice and still did fit me quite well. If I ever needed to contact customer service, they were very quick to respond and very polite and helpful. I'd also consider the fact that it is shipping from China so it may take longer to arrive. I did not get the expedited shipping, just the regular shipping so it did take longer than I would have liked to arrive. Altogether it shipped in 3 separate orders( the bulk of it in the first one, the sweater in the second and the final leggings in the last). It took a month and a half for the bulk to get here, another two weeks for the sweater and then the week following the last garment arrived. I would FOR SURE pay the extra fee next time for expedited shipping. Besides the little differences in sizing(which is to be expected when ordering online anyway) and the shipping thing, I'd definitely recommend Gamiss to anyone and I will be purchasing from then again. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Worth its money

Gamiss Customer Support was very helpful as i needed to change some details in my shipping address. Shipping took about 4 weeks which i think is ok as it was standard shipping rate. Items are as it described an true to size. Quality is good for its price.
