I tried it very first time but these guys impressed me so much. They provide very quick shipping services. Thanks for providing such amazing services.
This is the only place i buy any of my games and gaming gear.
Kids love the selection of games and their knowledge, buy many gifts there. My go to shop for the gamers.
I bring my children here to reward their good efforts.
I love the games and Funko items.
Great prices and lots of sale prices. Friendly employees good customer service. A fun place to shop
I made an online order, filled in the delivery address & paid for next day delivery. The item never came at all. They said i had to give them 3-5 days to see where it had gone. They completely ignored my delivery address request, printing my billing address for despatch. Eventually given a refund 2wks later. No apology! Ended up buying the item in their store for £5 more than advertised. Will NOT be shopping there again!
I placed an order online, and realized within 10 minutes that I could get the game much cheaper elsewhere. The online help center boasts about the ability to cancel orders (which was non-existent on their page). Fine, I call their help center to cancel since I could not figure it out myself. After sitting on the phone (on hold) for over 45 minutes, the representative says that "the order cannot be cancelled, as it has already been prepared for shipment (at 8pm on a Thursday night). Bull crap! The order had been placed only 1 hour prior and was still pending authorization! I called Paypal and cancelled the charge myself. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything here again, nor step foot in one of their stores. The fact of the matter was, they had the ability to cancel but would rather get their $30 transaction than cancel the order and keep a customer for the future.
They used to be the scene to grab games, but have fallen off the last ten years
Good company service, bad sale guidelines. The sales reps have always been nice, but insist on ripping you off. They don't check their games to see if they work, and instead offer you a warranty that YOU pay for if they don't work. I only go here for ASAP game needs. If I can wait and order a 50$ game at game stop online for 30$ that's guaranteed to work, I always will.
Thank you for every little thing I could by from you. Happy as a child.
The service is at the highest level! Thumbs up!
I have used this site as well
This site is really good for trading and buying games
You can buy Gta V if you're a fan of action games or you can buy
Osylum if you're fan of indie games
That much from me
Having purchased a number of online games, I can say for certain that all of my negative experiences have been with GameStop. I think most of this has to do with the fact that this has become the most well known and established video game sales establishment, but their support isn't really helpful. Their deals are not really deals when you can save an additional 10% to 20% on other websites. Amazon usually kills them in terms of deals and Steam for virtual delivery absolutely crushes them. They are decent in-store when you need something real quick, but you'll be paying the GameStop tax.
This the worlds best gaming store. They are every where and there realy is no need to shop any where else. I believe they realy know the customer needs and they realy have great customer service.
I don't know what I would do without Gamestop, and my teenager is totally hooked on the people and the product.
Good but when you try to trade in your preowened games, you get next to nothing in exchange.
I traded in 4 PlayStation games and got only $7 in total.
It's awful! You spend so much money on new games and get nothing when traded in. So I only buy preowened games and if I want to sell them, I would sell on eBay or Amazon. It's better than trading them to Gamestop.
Over priced items that you can easily find through other vendors for much less
