Just bought a "Black Myth Wukong" steam KEY.
GameSeal took my money and gave NOTHING.

Pure and simple scam from a website that pretend to be legit!

Stay away from this pure scam. I'm going to contest this transaction in every way possible on every front.
I got an used PSN code. I gave them all the screenshots they asked me for and after two weeks they still delay the problem. They're selling the codes but won't give me a new one. They also refuse to give me a refund, after asking a few times. Looks like this how they get profit for their site. Scamming certain clients to save money :)

Code was already used and Gameseal refused to refund purchase.
I purchased an access code from Gameseal for Ghosts of tsushimar, I used the code within 5 to 10 minutes of receiving the confirmation email. When I used the code I received an error message from Steam that I cannot use a duplicate code which means the code had already been used.
I contacted Gameseal and after showing all the screenshots as proof they asked if could contact steam to find out when the code was used, so I contacted steam and they said it had been used a minute after I was sent the email my Gameseal.
Now i know my email is 100% secure and no one but me has access to my email.
So Gameseal has refused to refund the $72 I paid event though I have done nothing wrong. So either it's a complete scam or Gameseal was serious issues with thier security on thier end.
I have bought 50 games in the past from 3rd party sellers and I've never had a issue before.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY AN ACCESS CODE FROM GAME SEAL!
If it can happen to me it can happen to anybody and you don't want to risk losing your money, espically since the way it was done, there's no way for you to prove you didn't do anything wrong and your left with no game and out of pocket.

Rarely write opinions, but here I will decide because I see that the comments are divided, maybe I will make it easier for someone to choose. I placed an order with them 2 times, the first went through without any problems, for the second I got a key for another game. However, I can not complain because I was able to keep the mistaken game and in addition I got a refund

The site is a scam. They gave out the used key. I wrote to Steam support asking for the date and time of activation. I sent a screenshot from the Steam launcher that the key was used in February, when I bought it on June 8th. No one has returned my money for 7 days now.

I'm satisfied, despite the fact i bought 2 keys, one of them didn't work, but i had it replaced after writing to support in maybe 20 minutes. I can forgive this little issue and give 5 stars :)

Highly don't recommend this service. Spent hard earn money and code didn't work requested a refund or a new code. They emailed me back
Could you please send us the following screenshots:
- key entered into activation window;
- the error message you receive while trying to activate the key
- your Ubisoft Connect purchase/order history
- your Ubisoft Connect regional settings
Please, make sure that the screenshots are not edited or cut and the taskbar with date and time is visible.
Once we have the screenshots, we will be able to provide a solution.

Well Jakub I have sent you all the info that you need and yet you haven't gotten back to me and its been 4 days. Ill make it my duty for a few days posting this on social media so others cant get SCAMMED. So people in conclusion this service it is a SCAM.

I needed a game pass key, i found the deal on their website better than everywhere. I must to say it was a great experience, had my key after 15 seconds, I don't know why these negative comments, maybe i was just lucky

Do not pre-order from this website, they can't deliver the key on release and after multiple messages asking about a timeframe of delivery, they can't provide one, only "today". I don't know how normal key deliveries work, but pre-ordering is abysmal.
I'm still waiting for my dragon's dogma 2 key that I ordered on march 7th.
For 9 hours after release they still haven't got the key.
