They took my money and said my purchase failed when it didn't they when I contacted support they ignored me.
You purchase a key from gameseal key doesn't work and you want to talk to support, forget about it! They never answer about nothing so just avoid buying from them if you can.
I bought Digimon Story Time Stranger on this site and got a used key. Tried to contact support, with no answer except "give us more information". So I sent them the screenshots they wanted, and got no answer. After two days, I contacted Paypal, opened a case and got my money back immediately. Do NOT use this reseller, take five bucks more and use another, more serious Keyseller. They already seemed really fishy when their Site after the purchase, when you see your order is "processed" is just a loop that replays everytime, telling you your payment has to be reprocessed, even though it is already all finished. And the fact that the FAQ has a "What to do when you get a invalid/ used Key" is also a red flag.
I've created this account specifically to warn anyone willing to listen. Don't trust this seller. They are scammers. I bought a Steam Global key and they provided an invalid key. Made a ticket, they requested screenshots of my purchases, and account info, then screenshots of the key and error. I provided everything but then they requested these again with other details, other views. I provided those again and now 1 week later, they have been ignoring all my messages. Clearly they are just looking to scam and steal accounts. I would advise to avoid them even if some of their keys may be legit. It's not worth it. There are plenty other trustworthy seller :)
I purchased a Netflix gift card from this company, and it NEVER worked. When I contacted support, they kept sending me the same useless instructions over and over, completely ignoring my requests for a refund. Despite sending them multiple messages with proof of purchase, they refused to take responsibility and never refunded me. This company takes your money, delivers faulty products, and then hides behind copy-paste replies instead of solving the problem. They are dishonest, unhelpful, and have zero respect for their customers. If you're considering buying from them, don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Super bad experience. After purchasing a game no response from customer service for more than 3 hrs. No confirmation no emails. After I raised a ticket they increased the price of the game and cancelled my order and had not issued a refund. They just scammed me in board daylight. I have all the prove necessary.
I didn't get a code but it gave me a link to a super sketchy site where it made me add a friend request then gave me an error message. I have not heard back so I will dispute the charge but it was a $50 code so it's a really bad situation. Avoid this site at all costs
I had just activated a three month Game Pass subscription in January, when Gameseal had a sale. I received a free month of Ultimate from Microsoft, which pushed the expiration out to May. I purchased a sale pass from Gameseal and tried to redeem it in May, when my pass from Microsoft ran out (because it was non-stackable). Imagine my surprise when Microsoft indicated the code was already used. I tried to contact the company and they claim BOTH codes that I purchased (non-stackable) were redeemed in April (conveniently RIGHT BEFORE I tried to use them). I have had Game Pass codes from New Egg, Microsoft Rewards, etc. in my email and never, ever had a code end up redeemed... including one that I forgot about for over a year. I sent GameSeal everything to prove that these codes were not used on my account. They're still claiming this is my problem. I'm pretty sure that either GameSeal or whoever they're getting their codes from is RESELLING the codes when they go unused for some period, then they claim you must have leaked the code to someone else. This company's codes are literally only accessible on their site. Unlike New Egg, Microsoft, etc who emailed them to me directly, yet somehow NONE of those codes ended up "accidentally" used, codes that aren't sent by email and are ONLY on their site just somehow ended up accidentally used. I don't live with anyone and I use Game Pass regularly (daily) - I have zero reason to give away a Game Pass code that I bought for my own use. They do not get their codes from developers, so either Gameseal is a sketchy, untrustworthy site or the source of their codes is. Either way, I'll never buy from them again and would advise that you don't either unless you can redeem EVERY SINGLE CODE IMMEDIATELY.
Second time they scam me, instant delivery takes hours to complete. Always making up excuses with security checks and payment issues. Payment done over an hour ago still no response from support or key.
I confirm the disgusting service of gameseal.com. I bought a game for Steam, they accepted my payment, but after that I received an email saying that I needed to additionally confirm the transaction using a RECEIPT from the nearest store...
This was not part of my plans, but after going to the nearest store, receiving the necessary receipt and sending it, they still confirmed the transaction, but that's not all.
Since the game delivery type was "gift", then to receive the game you had to use their partner service get.plyxa.com. After three attempts, which ended in failure, I wrote to get.plyxa.com support and it turned out that they cannot send me the game, since the region of my Steam account does not match the region of the game, although the region on the gameseal's game product page was indicated as "global"...
GameSial support has been ignoring me for the second day and cannot return funds for undelivered product.
I plan to leave a similar review wherever I can so that no one gets into the same situation as me.
P.S. I bought the same game on another popular site in 5 minutes without any problems, just a couple of bucks more expensive
Received a steam account instead of a steam key. It wasn't clear to me that I could not add this to my personal steam library. Zero refund policy...

Stay away from this pure scam. I'm going to contest this transaction in every way possible on every front.
On December 16,2024, I purchased a $100 Amazon gift card from GAMESEAL.COM (Order number: *******). Upon attempting to redeem the card on Amazon, I received the following error message: "Unfortunately, this gift card has already been applied to another account."
I immediately contacted GAMESEAL.COM support, providing them with video evidence of the failed redemption attempt as well as screenshots of the error message. I believe the video evidence clearly demonstrates the issue. Despite this, I only received a generic response asking for screenshots, which I found inadequate given the comprehensive video I had already provided.
After several unsuccessful attempts to contact support, I sent an official email demanding a replacement for the invalid card and gave them a deadline of 10 hours to respond. It has now been over 24 hours since sending that email, and I have received no response or resolution whatsoever.
It's worth noting that I have had a similar issue in the past with G2A.com, where I purchased a $300 Amazon gift card that turned out to be invalid. However, G2A.com promptly resolved the issue and provided me with a working replacement. This highlights the stark contrast in customer service between the two companies.
This experience leads me to believe that GAMESEAL.COM is selling invalid gift cards and completely disregarding customer inquiries. Their customer service is nonexistent. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website.

Got an error code in delivery and told to resolve it on another site, then proceeded to ignore further messages.
*Edit: from bad experience to worse, got a refund and the option to repurchase with a coupon for "10 percent off" the coupon isn't 10% and is actually just shy of 6% so worse than the current public discount offer. What makes it worse is they put the price up of the game so not only has this offer been a lie, but it's even more expensive for me to buy the game key I wanted to!

After I paid for *******, they asked for a physical receipt with my address and order number, I have never experienced such a thing on other key buying platforms, referencing their supposed privacy policy where they "prevent unauthorised access & collection of data" BY ASKING FOR YOUR CUSTOMER'S DATA. Not even mentioning the promised instant delivery but then refusing to give my product. Should have read the reviews here before ordering from this scam website.

Yesterday I made a legitimate purchase and required me to provide an image of a paper receipt in order to complete the transaction. I explained to them that there is no paper receipt since this was an electronic transaction. They replied that they wanted a non-related paper receipt to prove my location.
