Overall it turned out very well and I even received my passport a week earlier than they had said it would be. My only concern was I didn't feel it was communicated to me what the final step was I was to do. After I had gotten my papers together and filled out that I was supposed to, I looked everywhere on the site to see what was my next step and couldn't see it. So I finally called G3 to see what I was to do...not knowing it was expected that I would call them for that, but I didn't feel that the site communicated that well at all.

My experience with G3 was exceptional especially since I was panicked when I realized my passport was already expired and was traveling in 2 weeks. The agents answering the phones were very calming and knowledgable about the entire process. They very kindly calmed my nerves and answered my questions and assured me that I would have my new passport in plenty of time, which I did. They reviewed all my documents to be sure that I had everything in order before I shipped it to them. Once they received my documents it was determined that my picture wasn't the best quality and I needed to get another picture taken and ship it off in time for the appointment that had been set up. They were able to guide me in that process as well. I truly believe if you need their services you won't be disappointed with any of the process. First time retail user of G3, multiple time corporate user. Fast competitively priced service. Getting started was easy and the rates were attractive as G3 offered 18 day service. Contacting G3 with a question was poor and then excellent. I had a long phone hold and then the call dropped. I finally reached G3 and complained. My problem was resolved. Passport arrived in 10 calendar days. Follow up call was answered promptly and my second question resolved.

Passport. We realized just three weeks before I was due to travel that my passport had my maiden name, not my married name. We found g3passports.com and started the process of updating my passport. They were very professional, and had excellent customer service that walked us through every detail of the request to change the name. I also received e-mail updates for every step of the during the processing. The passport arrived within 10 business days. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the service is INCREADIBLY expensive, and the fee does NOT include the U.S. Department of State fees for the passport.
