Sadly this company is miserable. 8 out of 10 transactions lend to a bad working costumerserver that are incredibly bad and not helping you out there.
Their costumercare reminds me of the coldwar.
My expriance is based on 10 payments I did there. I lost minimum 188$ and had to cancel 5 payment due to fake or bad sellers. They are so bad with giving you money back.
I would recomment to close this site at all. Don't even bother purchasing anything there. It is not worth it. Most of the accounts you buy there are not yours withing the next 6 months. Sellers like ALREADY or BLOOM are just there to scam you. No matter if you pay 500$ or 5$. Seller always finds a way to get his account back due to his contact to the gameplatform such as epicgames or steam.

Hello everyone. My name is Dantes, and I am a seller of accounts on the G2G site. I know that there are various negative reviews about the site where I have been working since 2017. For the most part, my opinion is stated in the title of the topic of this review, but I wanted I don't understand why your opinions are based on the site, perhaps on bias, since all of you are clients, in many respects, I will say as a seller, very demanding clients, which of course makes us do our work better and at a high level of quality. You this is our bread, and we are your confidence in our decisions. That's what every customer is looking for when he comes to my store.
Everyone has bad days in life, we are all people and we are not perfect, we are all prone to mistakes, changeable attitudes, because of this we spoil life for others, and this is sad. But let's make life better, smile and treat with respect, it does not matter the girl is from a sapport or a boy, no matter who your salesman is black or european, everyone deserves the same respect, because first of all we are people, and only then are we who we are.

I bought a account using this site. The buyer had delivered right away. Was supposed to be a account name and password.

When i received it; I immediately tried to change the password; but the account was connected to a phone number. The seller went ghost after I told him this.

I filed a complaint; asking for a investigation, the email he had provided had been banned from Google, not to mention the account he "sold" had been banned; apparently for violating their policies deeply.

Taking as much screen shots as i could i again tried to reach out to G2G staff. What i received was complete and utter silence. My "Case" had actually been closed without any resolution!

I am deeply disappointed at the way this website operates; how it protects scammers and thieves; but leave their buyers in the dirt.

I have no choice now but to file a dispute with PayPal; might even get a lawyer (i know drastic, But at this point it's about the principal.

I would not recommend this website to ANYONE. Scammers protecting Scammers is what this website is.

I purchased topoff from G2G marketplace. There was an offer "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE, 3 days only" for 3 x pack plus bonus (they was also 1x pack). I expected to get twice the 3x pack plus bonus. However, the seller only delivered the 3x pack and the bonus and no "get 1 free" and claimed that the bonus was the "1 free" even though the bonus was only 30%. I disputed and here's the email response from G2G:

"Thank you for contacting us!

For this order, the seller stated 3 x ******* Crystals + ******* Crystals in the product description, BUY 1 GET 1 FREE means that you buy******* x 3, and get ******* Extra bonus, so the total received is 61,269, orders of 3 packages or less we only donate 30%. And we have warned the seller top edit the listing and make it more clear. We thank you for your support, sorry for the inconvenience caused."

So the seller stated one thing and meant a completely different thing. I'm promised 1 free pack and I get 30% of a pack. And all I get is "sorry for the inconvenience." It seems they didn't even read my email. They don't care about their customers, about being fair. They stopped responding to my emails. Shame on them!

Then they say will review the dispute in 7 days but I din't hear from them in 2 weeks and then they give me 48 hours to respond or else they close the dispute and give the seller the payment. They can't be trusted as a middleman.

I remember making a account on this website and forgot about it and a month later I get emails on my phone saying "Transaction Made" and it was 100 - 200 Dollars and I was like Oh $#*!, I ended up having to contact my bank and getting the transaction refunded but it was taking some time and they were spending more money and was about to do 700$
But then I decided to close my paypal and change all my passwords, Don't use this website unless you want to lose all your money.
