Horrible Experience STAY-AWAY!
October 13, 2023

I purchased a game from them a week ago. I never got to play the game one time. And they refused to give me any type of refund. They are shady when it comes to handling customer service. I would not buy from them. If there is a problem they will screw you over. There are tons of other companies that will treat you better if there is ever and issue.

G2A and Plyxaltd are scam artist
October 1, 2023

I was trying to buy Skyrim for a friend. I paid for it and when I got the key it was a link for whole account. I did not log into account because I wanted a key only. Selling accounts is illegal to steam. The sell illegal accounts and scam their customers out of money. I went to ask for refund and seller says they wont and G2A wont either, they even locked the account to were I cant even access the account. Even though they been paid for and taken from bank account. They are a Scam, Buyer Beware!

Scam artists
October 1, 2023

They lie about products, don't tell you need to change your VPN to the $#*! of the earth in the marketed item and their refund process is what's called refund deterrent. They actually ask you to fill a claim with your local police department, and if you actually do, there's more red tape to jump through. It's a 3rd party site Ran by scammers. Stay the hell away.

Invalid keys didnt get refunded lost few hundred dollars that way...and ordered a pre order a month and a half before release and a day before the seller refunds me a day before release so there goes my pre order game bonuses happened multiple times lost out nearly 1000$ all together because of this site...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. I have screenshots of multiple games not being refunded when i got a invalid key. www.cd-keys.com and kingquin's cd keys site. G2A sellers borrow your money and than screw you over anyway they can... there are good sellers on there but its a shrinking circle closing fast...i went to the contact page on g2a site and its ONLY Q & A's. No way to contact or report bad sellers on there. I added up all they ripped me off...and its over 1000$ with almost a 6 year span i refuse to give www.g2a.com my business. People making me chase my keys or my money back and company dont want to do anything about it...THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.the site is full of sammers and fruad...BUY YOUR GAMES FROM THE GAME LAUNCHERS SO YOU DONT GET SCAMMED.SERIOULY

Scam
August 30, 2023

This site allows vendors to sell Steam accounts, which is against Steam ToS. I was scammed by a seller, G2A did nothing to help me, the seller ignored me, and I had to go through PayPal to resolve the issue.

The games may be cheap, but it's for a reason. They're scammers.

Tried to buy a key. Was sold an entire steam account, noticed my mistake and contacted seller for a refund as buying and selling accounts is illegal and against steam TOS. Seller refused and said that i knew what i was buying, filed for refund with paypal and waiting for g2a to respond. Seller on g2a is world of games. DO NOT BUY FROM G2A OR WORLD OF GAMES! Hopefully steam starts to see g2a should not be allowed to continue with this service and files a lawsuit of some nature.

EDIT: G2A removed my review on Trustpilot and on the G2A website itself and also revoked my right to post ANY reviews on the G2A website. THESE ARE SHADY COMPANIES, DONT GIVE THEM MONEY. Pictures include seller telling every single person the same thing, the seller requests to have the reviews removed from G2A and they usually get there wish. Go look right now and 90% of the reviews from the most recent day are negative and they will have them removed within a week.

They are allowing the sale of steam accounts instead of steam keys. They then try to force you to link said account using family share. 1. Steam does not allow the sale of accounts and can ban or restrict accounts that are in violation. 2. The accou t you have purchased can be recovered by who ever you bought it from even if you change the email and password. As they are enabling fraudulent transactions, and violations to another company, I would avoid them at all costs.

Supports scams
July 15, 2023

The posting was very misleading - I thought I was buying a game for Steam, but instead they tried to have me sign into a separate Steam account that apparently had the game downloaded. Very suspicious and also against Steam's guidelines.

Refused to give a refund.

I paid for several games and now some got removed due to payment issues with steam. I paid fully and the seller used a stolen credit card to buy the code and then sell to me. After i got the code for a few days the original credit card desputed the charges and steam removed my game. I wad unable to get a refund.

G2A does not help its customers that are sold keygen or illegal keys by sellers. Creating a ticket and having them help you revolves around you sending in a ticket and waiting 72 hrs for a response and each time there is another task you have to complete to string you along. They do not care about the customer or have any remorse for the scams that they and their sellers are running. G2A requested that I contact the software developer to confirm that the key was illegitimate (which it was) and then send a screen shot to them. Then G2A would not process my ticket unless I made a police report or it would be rejected. Absolutely disgusting how there is literally no customer support.

So, the prices on G2A are amazing, and sometimes too good to be true. The sellers steal credit card details, and purchase games on gaming accounts. They resell these accounts on G2A, and you then purchase products obtained through credit card theft. A current example is the seller 'VIKINGBROTHERS' who operate this way. Anything you purchase will be refunded when the credit card theft victim's bank reverses the transactions (as is they have the right to). There may be some legitimate resellers who try to expand their operations on the G2A platform, but they are in the absolute minority. Furthermore, G2A has a lot of fine print, and they take no responsibility for the elicit criminal resale on their platform. Steer clear and avoid getting burnt.

Key didn't work
June 15, 2023

Went through paypal. Key didn't work, asked for new key or refund. Created a couple of "conversations", even messaged on FaceBook. The "seller" never replied or gave an answer. Paypal refunded after I complained.
