My experience with FXTM became unexpectedly stressful when I attempted to withdraw a significant amount from my trading account. What I assumed would be a routine transaction turned into repeated delays, and the support replies I received were vague and repetitive. I wasn't given a clear explanation for why the process was taking so long, and with the withdrawal pending for days, the uncertainty became very frustrating.

Eventually, I reached out to an external assistance service, ALLP.UK, and they helped me understand what documents and steps were still required. With their guidance and structured follow-up, the issue was finally resolved and my funds were released. I'm relieved the situation ended well, but the whole experience showed that FXTM really needs to improve communication and provide clearer updates when withdrawals are delayed.

So much pain I got from this company but lucky me my whole money was back after I report them with my proof of transactions they were able to recover my stolen funds.

I strongly caution against engaging with Fxtm,as my experience suggests they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes.

I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM).

Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.

I will definitely not recommend. My sister invested 55k and could not withdraw her earnings until we involved a hacking company for recovery. (Spirassp. Com) They saved us for real.

FXTM is not allowing me to with draw my deposits, I have sent the my whole list of identity documents, Passport, driving license, voter's ID, electricity bill, bank statement. For every submission FXTM come back with new excuse and request for new document. FXTM sent an email after i registered the account, saying that my account is fully verified, once i deposited the money, FXTM changed the verified status to unverified, now i have been sending document after document to get my money back
I deposited using a credit card, i want to withdraw to the same card, they are not approving the card as well to with draw.
Please kindly help in resolving it. Also, mintfx247 could be FXTM's secondary scamming site i suspect.
