We bought a beautiful leather bed. It is very comfortable and looks great. It arrived slightly damaged and I rang Furniture in Fashion who immediately offered to send me a replacement part or a partial refund. No hassle, very quick, very polite and friendly.
From start to finish (selection to delivery) I found the site easy to navigate, plenty of choices and a variety of prices to suit every pocket. Fast and efficient service.

Placed an order on 21st May, money debited from my account 22nd May. No confirmation of order received. Called and was told electronically that their line was busy and I could email. Emailed my concerns and received a automated email response to say that my email had been received and rep would be in touch within 24-48 hours. Waited 48 business hours without a response and so called them again this time leaving a message asking them to contact me urgently. After another 2 days no response so emailed again expressing my concerns and again asking them to contact me asap. No response for the next 2 days so finally tried to call again. Mailbox now full and therefore cannot take messages on one number, the other number gives you options to choose from but when you select them nothing happens you just get the same automated message giving you same the options! Have contacted my bank to register a fraudulent transaction, will be contacting trading standards to report the same. DO NOT USE!

I was slightly nervous about buying a piece of furniture online without seeing it first, but I needn't have worried. The bench is good quality, very solid with a beautiful finish to the wood. Easy to assemble, I managed it within ten minutes. Postage very reasonable and well packaged.

Avoid this company at all costs! They have the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I ordered a table £1300 which was advertised as 8 seater on their website, it came back only for it not to fit 8 seats around the table. Tried to tell me that in the picture the chairs are not under the table so ur not supposed to sit by the table with the chairs, basically to eat your dinner it would have to be on your lap. Trying to tell me I cant send it back and if I do I will need to pay. I'm really glad I paid through PayPal. Currently in the process of trying to claim it back. And also have spoken to trading standards. Do not deal with this company they are nothing but a bunch of con artists! Aboslutely disgraceful. They lie about their terms and conditions which are on their website. They will try and offer your £50 to keep the unsuitable item. Below are the photos. How they can expect someone to sit that far away from a table to eat their dinner is beyond me! Trying to get a refund or even a bit of sense from this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone!
