I ordered flowers for my Mom's 93rd birthday, which was yesterday, 1/29/21. I placed my order on 1/20/21. Flowers weren't delivered, and when I called the gal said that they couldn't find a delivery person to deliver. I was never notified that the delivery would never happen, which is reprehensible. Moreover, today's online order status reads "Assigned to Florist", which is totally bogus. I am incensed. I will never, ever use this company again; they are a fraud
Good afternoon. I am very disappointed with UPS service and FTD Flowers because order #*******021 was supposed to be delivered on December 16,2020 and it was delivered last night at 7:02pm. The orchid flowers are fallen from the plant, they arrived in bad conditions. UPS tracking number is 1ZR03R*******805. I called UPS before the delivery to ask them about the status and I did not received a good dealing.

This business sucks! I'm contacting the better business bureau. I ordered my daughter flowers while she's in the hospital a week ago and they arrived completely dead today! I was there. I contacted them last night saying I ordered last week and got an email that the flowers were delivered and they said tomorrow... I asked if they were going to be delivered dead and they hung up on me... POS company!
I placed my order on November 27th for delivery on December 2nd. The flowers were not delivered until 6PM on December 2nd for a birthday on December 2. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered or even simiiar.

I ordered flowers for Thanksgiving to be delivered the day before (Nov. 25. At 4:30 they sent an email saying the flowers were delivered, but they weren't. I called and spoke to someone who ASSURED me they would be delivered with a free upgrde by noon on thanksgiving. If they knew they couldn't make good on that (which they couldn't) they should have just told me so; I could have tried to get a different service. They did not arrive at noon, so I called again, and was told they would contact another florist andI would get themby 2 pm. at 2pm nothing happened. I called and insisted on talking to a supervisor who said - oh, it's Thanksgiving day, not sure you can still get them but we'll give you an upgrade for delivery tomorrow. Obviosuly that does me no good. I tried to cancel but he said to wait - they never came and I have cancelled. I hope I get my money back. They are great at apologizing and promising upgrades, but if it doesn't come in time for the holiday what good is that? They are irresponsible in promising that it will come soon - when in fact they have no way to deliver. They should say that upfront, and then I would have gotten flowers myself. Completely unprofessional! I will never use them again.
I sent my friend some sympathy flowers for loss of a loved one. The ftd company was supposed to send the email receiving confirmation to me and call the receiver and then do a no contact delivery. But other than charging me the money, nothing was done. When I called, to report / refund... we have to first investigate. Was their response. They will not refund. They cannot confirm if the receiver was contacted... they say flowers are delivered. They are middle men just taking your money for zero product and bad service.
I ordered flowers for a birthday and was given a four day delivery. On the day of scheduled delivery, I checked for delivery at 11:00pm and discovered that the delivery farther been changed. I contacted customer service and received exactly no help or reason FTD simply doesn't care about the customer, only their money. Never again will I waste my money or time. No way to be compensated for their screwup.
I canceled my order about two weeks ago and I have not received my refund. They tried telling me it was submitted to my bank for processing but I called my bank and they had not received any information on a refund.
I ordered flowers on line and spent over $250.00 for my nieces for my brother-in-laws viewing/funeral. I live in California and the funeral was in Illinois. When ordering, it asks what time I wanted the flowers delivered and I wrote at 8am. I wanted to ensure they got there and I wouldn't have to worry about it since I was working and didn't have time to babysit FTD to ensure the flowers got there at the time I requested. Well, they took it upon theirselves to deliver by 2pm which was after the viewing. When I checked my email at 930am Illinois time, I did not see they were delivered. When I called FTD, they said they decided to deliver by the time of the funeral at 2pm. First of all, I paid for the flowers and what gives them the right to change the delivery time. The second thing, I asked to have a message for my nieces written on the ribbon. But, they didn't even do that. This company is so irresponsible and unprofessional. And, they are very incommunicative. I had to take time off from work to call them several times to follow up. And, they promised to call me back when I spoke to them the first time. They couldn't even do that. I normally go with another company but I thought being a larger company they would give good service. But, they are nothing compared to the company I have used before. I will never use this company again.
I was far to dumb not to read reviews before placing order w/ this sham company. Simply needed to call and cancel order placed a few hours earlier and not to be delivered for several days. Put on electronic hold for approx one hour listening to annoying angry sounding recorded loop,, the usual b. S. excuses why they cant answer. Then thought i was ringing thru, only to be asked to answer a cust service survey? Then hung up on me! Rip offs! I'm disputing w/ paypal, these scums aren't getting away with this! Corporate crooks! FTD my $#*!
Paid $100 dollars for flowers and the delivery and pic where totally different. Not worth the money. The pic on the left is what I paid for the one on the right is what I got
I will no longer be using this company. I had sent a sympathy arrangement and paid the highest price for the chosen arrangement because to lose a loved one is devastated. When the person who received the arrangement sent me a picture to thank me, I was appalled by the arrangement. It had the same flower types; however, the arrangement was so sparse! I immediately went to the FTD customer service online because their phone number doesn't work, and had a long conversation about the discrepancy. The customer service representative said she would have the florist resend the arrangement (I even have screenshots of our conversation). Then days go by, I check back with the recipient, to find out that they NEVER resend the arrangement! What you actually receive is different from the picture of their website! This company is dishonest and misrepresenting the product. The flowers were for someone who is grieving - FTD should be the very shame of their unethical practice.
I ordered an FTD display for a good friend's funeral. What a disappointment to find out that the order was never filled. The only thing that they would do was deliver the order to the families home 3 days after the funeral was completed. They made me look like a complete idiot. I thought they would at least give me the flowers for free since it was their error. No chance it was either deliver to the family or cancel the order. This is the last time I do business with FTD.
I ordered 18 red roses in a vase to be delivered to my girlfriend at her work.
They only delivered 12 roses and the vase had a crack in it. The vase leaked all over the table they put it on. Luckily nothing was ruined from the it.
I contacted FTD through their website. They took a month to respond, but offered to resend the flowers asking for the date I would like them delivered. I responded and the flowers never got delivered.
I've emailed them several times since and they have not responded at all.
I ordered a very nice looking flower basket of colorful flowers and greenery called the garden basket for a funeral.
After ordering online I called the 800 number to verify the order to ensure it was received and that the correct arrangement was listed. After receiving the 100% guarantee over the phone I awaited the delivery. What was delivered was no where close to what I ordered. All of the flowers were changed, all of the greenery was changed and the nice white basket was replaced with an ugly burnt orange ceramic bowl. When we called to tell them they delivered the wrong arrangement they stated that it was simply a case a replacing the flowers, greenery and planter most likely due to the "local" florist not having the products needed to produce what I ordered. What FTD is saying is you might as well call them and tell them to pick something out, anything, and deliver it. And oh by the way can I pay a premium price for the dollar store material you sent?
I order flowers and 9 days later still no delivery no communication. Will never order again and do not recommend it.
They tell you that they will deliver on the specified day and the tracking tells you its in state "in transit," and it just doesn't get delivered!? When it specifically says its on the truck! So displeased with this service... and their answer is oh so sorry and offer a 10% discount on a product that still isn't at the destination! This is laughable! Corona virus or not this is not how you do business!
I ordered flowes moonth ago. First, theye gave me the runaround about it being late bevuse of Covid. Now. 2 months later, they claimed to hve delivered the flowers tp someone wh is not a member of the household, not to the recipie nt, I don't know who the heck it was delivered to.
So, if you want stranger to get flowers you paid for a month after you ordered them or want to be scammed, use them.
50 Birthday, order flowers, bear, gift for girlfriend. Pay extra for Saturday delivery, plan around the delivery with a whole setup. Party comes, no delivery, never came. Call Saturday night, couldn't answer my questions as to what happen. Sunday, no phone call back as they stated they would. Monday 7:01 am email comes apologizing for late delivery (not missed) stated they will discount my order and it will be here Monday before 8PM. 2 days late. They made me look like a complete $#*! on Birthday day and slap me in the face 2 days later giving me 10 bucks off. The lady on the phone at customer service had the audacity to say well they sent you an email sir stating it would be late. Yes 2 days later after I paid specifically for Saturday Delivery. She then comes back and says we only have one dealer in your area and they only offer Monday delivery. So the sad reality is they new it would never be delivered but took my money and said nothing. ORDER LOCALLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
