The offering of a "custom photo vase" is totally deceiving! I am totally embarrassed that I sent someone a vase with a printed picture that they needed to attach to the vase manually! That is ridiculous (and totally deceptive)! I sent this gift to an 80 year old! Never again. In 2019 these are the times that my local pharmacy can create a custom vase (picture literally printed onto the vase) in an hour. There was no reason to believe that you weren't doing the same.
